Enhancing Agricultural Resilience: Metronix, Inc. Partners with BSWM in Mangatarem, Pangasinan!

We’ve officially wrapped up our latest installation for the Bureau of Soils and Water Management (BSWM) over in Mangatarem, Pangasinan.

What is this project all about?

We set up an automated monitoring station built to give our agricultural scientists and local farmers the real-time data they need to make smart, informed decisions.

Here’s a quick look at what this station brings to the field:

Hyper-local data: It tracks weather patterns, rainfall, and climate conditions right on the ground where it matters most.

100% solar-powered: With its own solar panel and battery setup, the station stays online and running completely off the grid.

Smart water management: The telemetry data will help BSWM closely monitor soil-water baselines, helping the community transition toward precision farming.

At Metronix, Inc., we’re incredibly proud to build and deploy the kind of tech that supports climate-smart agriculture and protects our local water resources.

A huge thank you to the Bureau of Soils and Water Management for teaming up with us on this. Here’s to building a more resilient, tech-driven future for Philippine agriculture!
